Marketing communications from G Square are intended for informational and promotional purposes. By registering for the contest, you consent to receive such communications from G Square, including but not limited to promotional emails, newsletters, special offers, and other marketing materials.

2.2 Communication Channels

G Square may use various communication channels to deliver marketing communications, including email, SMS, or other methods you provided during registration. Standard message and data rates may apply as per the network provider’s tariff.

3.Indemnity

We acknowledge that we are not responsible for the consequences of third parties involving your information or personal information that you may have disclosed to such third parties through cookies or third-party links.

4.Severability

If a court of competent jurisdiction rules that any provision of this privacy policy is void and unenforceable for any reason, the relevant provision will be deemed to be separated from this privacy policy. In the event of non-enforceability or invalidity, it will have no effect on the enforceability or validity of the remaining provisions of this privacy agreement, and these remaining provisions must retain full effectiveness and effect.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

All the disputes between the participants relating to the contest and other affairs shall be settled by Indian legal proceedings. The Participants’ rights and responsibilities under these terms, as well as the interpretation of these Terms, will be governed by Indian law, without regard to its dispute provisions. If any party pursues a proceeding against the other arising out of these Terms, that party may only do so in Indian courts, and each party hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of any such proceeding.

7. Others

1. Registration charges, stamp duty charges will be borne by the winner.
2. TDS and other Statutory Charges to be borne by the winner.
3. The winner can reach out to the nearby G Square office to complete formalities.
4. The accommodation and travel cost for winner + 3 (Max) will be sponsored by the G Square to complete the formalities.
5. G Square has all rights to advertise the images/videos of the winner in various advertising platforms.
6. Employees and relatives of G Square, Star Vijay, Disney, Freshworks, SocialBeat will not be eligible.
7. Taxation rules on gifts will be asserted.
