G Square inaugurates mini library in government school, Kanchipuram

In collaboration with The Hindu, G Square Group recently inaugurated a mini library at the Government Middle School in Angambakkam, Kanchipuram district. This initiative, known as ‘Spreading the Joy of Reading’, is integral to the Lit Fest 2024.

The school, which caters to 121 students across Classes 1 to 8, has been equipped with 400 brand-new books to foster a love for reading among the students. Praveen Kumar, Assistant Vice President (Marketing) at G Square Group, emphasized that the library would offer students a wealth of knowledge, encouraging them to utilize this resource to carve out promising futures.

The inaugural event witnessed the presence of T. Thanigai Arasu, the school’s headmaster, and D. Elumalai, the president of Angambakkam panchayat.
