As we mark our 12th anniversary, I’m immensely proud of our journey. From our roots as a land aggregator in 2012 to pioneering organized plotted development in 2019, our evolution has been remarkable. Initially contributing to the success of renowned mega-organizations, we transformed during the pandemic, introducing secure plotted communities and offering customizable living spaces within urban settings and world-class amenities, the first of its kind within city limits.
After establishing ourselves as a brand that was an important catalyst in changing the preferences of homebuyers from ready-to-move-in homes to individual dream homes on secured plotted communities, G Square’s impact has gone beyond real estate, increasing land appreciation rates and stimulating infrastructural development in 13+ major cities across 100+ projects, serving 18,000+ customers.
